Registration and accreditation is required for attending the seminars. To be accredited, guests should be able to provide supporting material from their organization or institution and have a demonstrated interest in AIIB and the seminars.
Guests interested in attending should complete the online Guest Registration Request for accreditation and upload documentation about the organization. For professors, academics, and researchers interested in attending, in addition to the Guest Registration Request, an endorsement letter from the Head of Department or Vice Chancellor of the University confirming status in the University and stating academic interest is required. The accreditation may take up to 2 weeks. Accredited Guests will receive an invitation letter.
Due to capacity constraints at the venue, space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and registration will close at midnight Beijing time on Friday June 3. The number of attendees from each organization will be limited to ensure a broad representation.

Successful online registration for the Annual Meeting does not automatically guarantee approval of Chinese visa for entry into China. Participants outside China are advised to apply for the visa well in advance in compliance with the relevant visa processing requirements.
